2. This site does not create an engagement
Browsing this site, sending an enquiry through the contact form, or exchanging preliminary correspondence with us does not create an advisory relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We are engaged only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties, and that letter — not this website — governs the scope, fees, obligations and liability of the engagement.
3. Information here is general
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or a solicitation in respect of any security or financial product. See our disclaimer for the full position.
4. What you may and may not do
- You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own information or for a legitimate business discussion with us.

5. What you send us
Please do not send confidential financial or commercial information through the contact form. Where a transaction is being discussed we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first. Unsolicited material sent before an NDA is in place is received without any obligation of confidence, though in practice we will not circulate it.
You confirm that information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, text, graphics, the wordmark and the logo on this site are owned by Wealthymind Research Private Limited or used under licence, and are protected by law.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or these terms, at any time, and will publish the revised terms here with a new "last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
